No, it’s not the time at this moment. It’s from a doomsday clock featured on this site I stumbled upon just now:

The site is about: Global Security News & Analysis. So from myself minutes ago my attention went global. 
I do not fully understand the timeline–maybe because I’m not good with numbers. ;) But I think the analyses are what I am somehow seeing and feeling today: Something not good is fixing to happen to the whole world.
But I know whom I have believed / And am persuaded that He is able / To keep that which I’ve committed / Unto Him against that day.
